Yes, photographs and footage will be taken throughout the Summit. These may be used by SCOE for marketing and publicity in publications, reports, on our website, and on social media. By registering for the Summit you are acknowledging you may be photographed or recorded for educational or promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be photographed or recorded, lanyards to indicate your preference will be made available at Summit registration.

As part of the CalHope project, the 2025 Summit invited proposals to lead breakout sessions from the CalHOPE SEL Community of Practice. Opportunities to sponsor and lead a breakout session for those who are not part of the CalHope SEL Community of practice can be found in the sponsorship prospectus.
Registration

Tickets to the Summit can be purchased here. If you received a unique registration code via email and have misplaced it you may reach out to your County Office of Education SEL lead or SELSummit@selcollaborative.com to obtain this code again or with any questions.

Payment can be made via credit card or by selecting “offline payment” in the registration process. The payment type cannot be changed once an order is placed, therefore please ensure that you would like to pay via invoice before selecting this option. Thank you for allowing 30 days to receive an invoice before reaching out. Please contact SEL@scoe.net with any questions about offline payments.

Yes, you can register up to 10 people for your team. You will be required to fill out information and a question form for each person on your team. Any payments for teams can be made by Credit Card or by selecting “offline payment” in the registration process.

Space is limited. Registration will close when all tickets are sold out, or on May 5, 2025.

Registration is non-refundable.

Registrations can be transferred by contacting SELSummit@SELCollaborative.com.
The last day to make transfers is May 1, 2025.

No personal information provided at registration will be shared or sold. When you register, information is collected such as name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is used to communicate with you and optimize your event experience. Your name, role, and contact information will appear on the Summit app with your permission.
Meals & Lodging

Yes. Registration includes a kick-off luncheon, networking reception with appetizers, and a dinner on Thursday, May 15th. Breakfast, mid-morning coffee, and lunch will also be provided on Friday, May 16th. Breakfast is also included on May 15th if you register for a pre-summit session.

Discounted room blocks have been held on Wednesday, May 14th and Thursday, May 15th at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento & Hyatt Regency Sacramento. We strongly recommend booking your room early as space is limited. If you are registering for the pre-summit, it begins with an 8am breakfast buffet on Thursday, May 15th. Summit programming begins at noon on the 15th and concludes by 4pm Friday, May 16th.

Both partner hotels, the Sheraton Grand Sacramento and the Hyatt Regency Sacramento, are located across the street from the SAFE Convention Center.

During registration you may indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please contact the Summit team at SELSummit@selcollaborative.com to share any allergies that are not listed during registration.
